棉秆碱性过氧化氢机械浆的研究

【摘要】 对棉秆APMP制浆进行了研究,着重探讨了两段化学预处理工艺对成浆质量的影响。结果表明,两段化学预处理的适宜条件为:一段:NaOH用量3%,H2O2用量 1%,Na2SiO2用量2%,温度90℃,预处理时间30min,液比1:6;二段:NaOH用量 3%,H2O2用量4%,Na2SiO3用量2%,EDTA用量0.1%,MgSO4用量0.1%,温度80℃, 预处理时间30min,液比1:5。在此工艺条件下,做两段化学预处理,然后经过两段盘磨磨浆,所得棉秆APMP的特性为:得率为78.10%,打浆度64°SR,白度为 51.5%ISO,裂断长达5.05km,撕裂指数4.30 mN·m2/g。
【Abstract】 APMP pulping conditions of cotton stalk were studied in this paper. The influence of the process conditions of two-stage impregnation before refining on the pulp qualities was emphasized. The results showed that under the moderate chemical impregnation conditions as follows: 1st stage: H2O21%, NaOH 3%, Na2SiO3 2%,90℃,30min, liquor-to-wood ratio 1:6; 2nd stage: H2O2 4%, NaOH 3%, Na2SiO3 2%, EDTA 0.1%,MgSO4 0.1%,80℃,30min, liquor-to-wood ratio 1:5, APMP of cotton stalk with yield 78.10%, brightness 51.5%ISO, breaking length 5.05km and tear index 4.30 mN-m2/g can be produced.
