蛹虫草菌感染黄粉虫蛹的研究

【摘要】 以黄粉虫蛹为寄主,进行蛹虫草菌感染试验研究。试验发现,稳定型ClO2对蛹体进行表面消毒,直接注射液体菌种至蛹体内,感染率达100%;培养过程中保持空气相对湿度90%以上,50-60d后子实体成熟, 出草率可达80%。
【Abstract】 The pupae of Tenebrio molitor L. were used as insect host to study infection by Cardyceps militaris (L.: Fr.) Link in the experiment. The pupae were antisepsised by stabilized ClO2, and injected directly with liquid spawn, then kept under relative humidity ≥90%. The fruitbodies would mature after 50-60 days. 80% of the pupae would yield fruitbodies in this method.
