【摘要】 云芝糖肽PSP经凝胶渗透HPLC(HP-GPC)或DEAE阴离子交换层析分离,示差检测器(RI)和紫外检测器(UV)检测多糖和蛋白质峰,酚硫酸法和Lowry-Folin法测定洗脱液中糖和肽含量。结果发现无论经凝胶渗透色谱或离子交换色谱分离后,云芝糖肽中糖和肽峰必定相重合,显示糖和肽的紧密结合。对照云芝多糖中的多糖和蛋白质则分别出现在不同位置,显示糖肽分离,为混合物。更多还原

【Abstract】 The polysaccharopeptide of Coriolus versicolor (PSP) was separated by using gel permeation HPLC (HP-GPC) and DEAE anion ion exchange chromatography, respectively. The protein and polysaccharide were monitored with a RI and a UV detector, or phenol-sulfuric and lowry-Folin method, respectively. Results showed the protein and polysaccharide moieties in PSP were tightly linked, testified by that their peaks were coincidently correspondent to each other, either after HP-GPC or ion-exchange chromatographic separation. In contrast, the polysaccharide and protein peaks in the polysaccharide of C. versicolor were failed to show such coincidence, indicating the protein and polysaccharide were not conjugated but in a mixture form.更多还原
