金福菇生物学特性与栽培特性的研究

【摘要】 研究了金福菇的形态特征和影响其生长发育的主要因素,比较了不同温度、pH、湿度、碳源、氰源、石灰、麸皮和稻草等条件下菌丝生长和原基发生的情况。试验结果表明,金福菇菌丝生长最适宜的温度为25-30℃; 原基发育温度最适宜为25-30℃;菌丝生长最适宜的pH值为5.0-5.5;培养基适宜加石灰量为1-4%;菌丝生长的适宜培养基含水量为60-65%;菌丝生长的最适碳源为半乳糖、最适氮源为蛋白胨;培养基最适麸皮含量为20%。
【Abstract】 The morphological characteristics of Tricholoma giganteum and major factor affecting its mycelial growth and primordium formation were studied in this paper. The comparison studies on its mycelial growth under different temperatures ,pH, calcareousness content .moisture content,carbon sources , nitrogen sources, bran content and straw content were conducted too. The results showed that the optimal temperatures for Tricholoma giganteum mycelial growth and primordium formation were 25-30℃,that the optimal pH for its mycelial growth was 5.0-5.5,and the suitable calcareousness content was 1-4%; the suitable moisture content was 60-65%; the optimal carbon sources was lactose; the optimal nitrogen sources was peptone;the optimal wheet bran content of culture medium was 20%.
