【Abstract】 Rape stem and shell have plentiful crude protein and fiber, which were used to cultivate mushroom after rational treatment. Trie result showed: Adding ten or twenty percent rape stem and shell of total medium instead of rice straw, hyphae of Agaricus bisporus grow fast and well, the yield were 5.3% and 12.3% higher than checked area, the difference was significant.更多还原
