【摘要】 进行猪粪堆肥基质栽培黑木耳的研究并测定其产品主要营养成分和氨基酸含量。结果表明,猪粪与木屑经堆积发酵20天,培养基质的碳氮比为28．5,菌丝长速0．46cm／d,出耳率达100％,生物效率为85％; 由猪粪堆肥基质培养的黑木耳产品,其粗蛋白为17．73％、粗纤维6．95％、粗脂肪1．23％、氨基酸总量为 12．9％,其中必氨基酸占氨基酸总量的38．99％。更多还原

【Abstract】 Auricularia auricula cultivated with the pig manure compost were studied and the nutritional contents were analyzed .The results showed that the pig manure and sawdust was composted for 20days, the carbon-nitrogen ratio of pig manure compost was 28.5. The mycelia growth rate was 0.46cm/d, fruiting rate was 100%, the biological efficiency was 85%, the contents of crude protein was 17.73%, crude cellulose was 6.95%, crude fat was 1.23%,ash was 5.23%, the total amino acid content was 12.9%, of which the essential amino acid content was 38.99%.更多还原
