正红菇仿生栽培的理论与实践

【摘要】 从正红菇(Russula vinosa)的生物学特性入手,探讨菌种分离贮存技术、菌种制刺、常用的接种方法、菌期接种注意事项、成株期接种的时期与地点,以及实现正红菇仿生栽培尚存在的难点与突破口。
【Abstract】 From the biological characteristics of Russula vinosa to the methods of its hyphae’s pure isolating and culturing, the inoculum preparations and the technique of inoculating, the paper analysed the problem and the option to realize the cultivation of Russula vinosa.
