银耳伴生菌分类地位研究

【摘要】 扩增香灰菌的ITS1至ITS2序列,并进行测序。该序列长度为857bp,与Genbank上的炭角菌科(Xy- lariaceae)10个属的序列进行比较分析,香灰菌与炭团菌(Hypoxylon)的同源性最高,遗传距离最短,可以确定香灰菌是炭团菌属的一个种。再把香灰菌的序列与Genbank上炭团菌属15个种的序列进行比较,香灰菌与 Hypoxylon stygium的同源性高达到99.8%、遗传距离只有0.002,可视为同一种。

【Abstract】 The sequence between ITS1 and ITS2 of Xiang-Hui-Jun (cohabitant fungus of Tremella fuciformis) was amplified and sequenced, and its length was 857bp. This sequence was analyzed with 10 genera of Xylariaceae. The results indicated that they had high homology and short genetic distances between Xiang-Hui-Jun and Hypoxylon, and it could referred this fungus as one species of Hypoxylon. This sequence was compared again with 15 species of Hypoxylon, the homology between Xiang-Hui-Jun and H.atygium was 99.8% that was the highest among 15 species, and the genetic distance between them was only 0.002 that was the shortest. The results showed that the Xiang-Hui-Jun could be considered as the same species as H.stygium.
