【Abstract】 This summary is focus on the related studies of the heavy metal accumulation in edible fungi in recent years. The relationships between metal content of edible fungi and the environmental conditions, and metal content difference among different species of edible fungi, were discussed. Metal distribution among different organs of fungi, as well as metal content variation with the growth of edible fungi was also discussed. Finally, some corresponding cultivation methods were presented to reduce the accumulation of heavy metal in edible fungi.更多还原
