几种新型杀菌剂对石榴枯萎病菌的毒力测定

【摘要】 室内采用菌落生长速率法测定了4种新型杀菌剂:25%丙环唑乳油、25%阿米西达悬浮剂、44%Folio Gold悬浮剂、50%Chorus可分散粒剂及常规杀菌剂、75%百菌清可湿性粉剂对石榴枯萎病菌和甘薯黑斑病菌的毒力分析。结果得到10个毒力回归方程及相应的EC50。药效试验表明,5种供试药剂对这两种病菌都有抑制作用, 但其有效浓度有所不同。其抑菌效果的顺序是:25%丙环唑乳油>50%Chorus可分散粒剂>75%百菌清可湿性粉剂>44%Folio Gold悬浮剂>25%阿米西达悬浮剂,其中 25%丙环哇乳油对这两种病菌的抑菌效果最佳,在浓度为10μg/ml时就能完全抑制这两种病菌的生长;其次是新型杀菌剂50%Chorus可分散粒剂对这两种病菌的抑菌效果也很好。
【Abstract】 The toxicity of propiconazole, chorus, chlorothalonil, foliogold and azoxystrobin against Ceratocystis fimbriata of Pomegranate and Sweet Potato were assayed in laboratory through the method of colony growth diameter test. Toxicity regression equations and EC50 were got. The results showed that five kinds of fungicide were found effective in controlling two pathogen, but those have different effective concentration. The inhibiting test of five kinds of fungicide showed propiconazole > chorus > chlorothalonil > foliogold > azoxystrobin. The most effective fungicide was propiconazole (10μg/ml), which inhibited the pathogen by 100% .
