平菇的产量与培养料含氮量的关系
The Dynamic Relation Between The Yield of Pleurotus and Nitrogen Content in the Compost

【摘要】 用棉籽壳和麸皮为原料设计8个配方栽培平菇,配方的含氮量为1.10%~1.87%。结果显示于子实体产量(y)与培养料含氮量(x)之间的关系方程为一个logistic方程:y=17.03/(1+35.5930e-3.592520X,当培养料含氮量为1.54%~1.76%时子实体产量最高,含氮量为1.54%时经济效益最好,用棉籽壳栽培平菇,麦麸的用量应该控制在20%~25%。
【Abstract】 8 compost formulae were used for the cultivation of Pleurotus. The Compost formulate were consistedof cotton seed hull, and wheat bran. Their nitrogen Content was about 1. 10. 22 %~1. 87 %. The results of theexperiments showed that the Dynamic Relation between the yield (absolute biological efficiency of dry fruit-body, y),the Economic benefits(y) and the nitrogen content(x)of the compost conformed to the Compost con-formed to the logistic equation: y=17. 03/(1+35. 5930e-3.592520X, r=0. 78*. And it was proved that the rela-tivity between yard x was extremely significant, and That the optimum N content in the compost formulae was1. 54%~1. 76%. The production Cost of this formula was higher than others, but the yield of the fruit-bodywas the Highest and the economic benefit was best.
