内蒙古中西部草原主要植物丛枝菌根与结构类型研究

【摘要】 本文对内蒙古中西部草原建群及优势植物的丛枝菌根共生状况进行了调查,在观察的28科125种植物中,被丛枝菌根真菌侵染的植物有104(占83.2%)种,其余21(16.8%)种植物未被丛枝菌根真菌侵染,在所调查的植物中,多年生草本和灌木类植物被丛枝菌根真菌侵染的比例较高,占被调查该类植物总数的92.3%;而一年生和二年生的草本植物受丛枝菌根真菌侵染的比例只有47.6%,本地区野生植物的丛枝菌根结构类型多数为Arum类型,占65.38%,尤其在百合科、菊科、豆科、蔷薇科等植物中比例较高;而Paris类型仅有19.23%,多见于禾本科、唇形科、桔梗科和百合科,丛枝菌根结构类型与根系类型及菌根侵染率无关,而与植物所属的科属关系比较密切。

【Abstract】 A total of 125 plant species from the grassland in the middle and western Inner Mongolia were collect-ed and examined, of which 104(83. 2%) were infected by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF). The coloniza-tion rate of AMF was higher in the perennial and brush species than in the annual plant (92. 3% vs. 47. 6%).Most wild plant species in Inner Mongolia belonged to Arum-type (65. 38%), and only 19. 23% plants belongedto Paris-type. The intermediate type and un-determined type plants were 10. 58% and 4. 81% respectively. Itseems that the structure type of arbuscular mycorrhizas more depend on the host plant. There was no correla-tion between mycorrhizal structure types and colonization rates. neither root types of host plant.
