红景天抑菌作用初探
Preliminary study on the bacteriostasis of Rhodiola sachalinensis

【摘要】 对药用植物红景天的抑菌作用进行了研究,测试了红景天对细菌的抑菌圈大小、最低抑菌浓度及最低杀菌浓度,试验了红景天提取成分对热的稳定性,结果发现:在所选用的几种细菌中,红景天浓缩液对枯草芽孢杆菌抑菌作用最强,红景天浓缩液的最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度分别为:枯草芽孢杆菌MIC2.09%、MBC4.18%,大肠杆菌MIC2.09%、MBC2.09%,金黄色葡萄球菌MIC8.35%、MBC8.35%,变形杆菌MIC4.18%、MBC8.35%,红景天浓缩液抑菌成分对高温稳定,抑菌机理尚待研究。
【Abstract】 The bacteriostatic activity of medicinal plant Rhodiola was studied in this paper. The antimicrobialcircle, MIC (minimum inhibitory concentration) and MBC (minimum bacteriostatic concentration) of the Rho-diola and its stability to the high temperature were tested. The results showed: the antimicrobial activity of theconcentrated liquid of Rhodiola sachalinensis to the Bacillus subitilis was the highest among the several bacteriaused for study. The MIC and MBC of Rhodiola sachalinensis to different bacteria were MIC2. 09% .MBC4. 18%for Bacillus subitilis, MIC2. 09% .MBC2. 09% for Escherichia coli. MIC8. 35%. MBC8. 35% for Staphylococ-cus aurous, MIC4. 18% .MBC8. 35% for Bacterium proteus. The inhibitory effect of the extracted constituentsof this medicinal plant showed stability against high temperature. The bacteriostasis mechanism of the plant ex-tract needs further study.
