【摘要】 文章通过比较国内外土木工程本科专业人才培养模式,指出目前国内高等工程教育所存在的突出问题并分析了其成因,进而围绕“稳步提高土木工程本科教学质量”的主题,结合自身在学科课群组划分、本硕博连读实验班的设立与运行、实践性教学环节的制定和实施、招生与就业的优势等方面的探索与实践,提出土木工程本科教育教学管理必须从观念、内容和制度上进行创新与改革,为构建新的土木工程本科专业人才培养模式提供了有益的经验。

【Abstract】 In this article, firstly, through comparisons between the training patters of undergraduates specializing in civil engineering home and abroad, the author points out the primary problems in domestic higher education of engineering at present and analyzes the causes. Further, he presents that the educational management mentioned above should achieve creation and innovation from the aspects of the process of our own exploration and practice in the classification of disciplinary groups, the formation and operation of trial class in which undergraduates go further straightly to doctoral degree, the regulation and implement of practical educational links as well as the advantages in enrollment and employment, his view centers on the subject of improving undergraduate teaching quality in the College of Civil Engineering stably and will provide us with beneficial experience for establishing new training pattern of undergraduates specializing in civil engineering.
