对称双辊轴向轧制法兰环件变形规律研究
Study on Deformation Rule of Twin Symmetry Roll Axial Rolling Flange Ring

【摘要】 法兰环件广泛地应用于航空、航天、汽车等众多的行业领域,其径向尺寸(外径与内径之差)与轴向厚度之比较大,利用径向轧制方法成形,轴向端面易形成凹坑.本文研究用对称双辊轴向轧制法兰类环件,利用有限元法研究了轧制过程中金属流向、应变、应力的分布及变形规律,为对称双辊轧制法兰环件工艺设计提供了依据.
【Abstract】 Flange ring parts is widely used in aviation,spaceflight,automotive area,the ratio of radial dimension(the difference between outside diameter and inner diameter difference) to axial dimension is big,it is easy to form a pit on axial end by the method of radial rolling.This paper studied rolling flange ring parts by double symmetrical roller axial rolling.Flowing direction,strain distribution, stress distribution and deformation rule during rolling process were studied by FEM,which provided a accordance to process design of double symmetrical roller axial rolling flange ring parts.
