氢含量与高强钢疲劳强度的相关性研究

【摘要】 通过浸泡充氢方法研究了氢含量对高强钢109 cyc疲劳强度的影响。随着氢含量的增加延伸率和疲劳强度都明显降低;但是,充氢前后的屈服强度并无明显变化。充氢后,拉伸断口由充氢前的韧窝形貌转变为沿晶和解理形貌.疲劳断口上颗粒状亮区(granular bright-facet,GBF)边缘的应力强度因子范围不是恒定值,近似与GBF的尺寸的1/3次方,(AGBF1/2)1/3,成正比。

【Abstract】 The influence of hydrogen content on fatigue strength of high strength steels at 109 cyc was studied through pre-charging by soaking method.The elongation percentage and fatigue strength decrease obviously with the increase of hydrogen content;however,the yield strength change hardly before and after hydrogen charging.The dimple morphology before pre-charging was chanced into intergranular and cleavage morphology after pre-charging.The stress intensity factor range at the periphery of granular bright-facet,GBF,on the fatigue fracture was not a constant,but was approximately proportional to (AGBF1/2)1/3.
