不同冶金工艺生产的60Si2CrVA弹簧钢的高周疲劳破坏行为研究

【摘要】 采用两种不同冶炼工艺生产的弹簧钢60Si2CrVA对其高周疲劳行为进行研究。结果发现,两种冶炼方法冶炼的实验钢氧含量基本一致,但其夹杂物的数量,大小,形状及分布存在明显不同,导致其疲劳性能存在较大差异。进一步断口分析表明,夹杂物的尺寸越小,形状越接近规则的球形,实验料的疲劳寿命及稳定性得到明显提高。与采用电炉+炉外精炼(LF+VD)冶炼的料相比,采用转炉+炉外精炼(LF+RH)冶炼可以有效控制实验料中夹杂物的形状及大颗粒夹杂的数量,从而提高其疲劳性能。

【Abstract】 The fatigue fracture behaviors of 60Si2CrVA spring steels produced by two different metallurgical processes were studied by using rotating bar two-point bending fatigue machine.The experimental results indicate that there were distinct differences of the inclusion number,size,shape and distribution in steels,which induced the significant difference of the fatigue properties of the tested steels,although their oxygen content was equal.Further investigation of fatigue fracture surface reveals that both fatigue life and fatigue stability increased with decreasing inclusion size and the inclusion shape was nearly spherical.Compared with the steel produced by the metallurgical process of EAF+LF+VD, the shape and number of big inclusions for the steel produced by the metallurgical process of Converter+LF+RH could be controlled effectively,which improved the fatigue properties of the steels.
