镁合金表面氮化铬镀层制备及其磨损性能研究

【摘要】 应用多弧离子镀技术在 AZ91D 镁合金表面制备氮化铬镀层。用扫描电镜(SEM)、X 射线衍射(XRD)和辉光放电光谱 (GDOES)分析镀层的成分和微观组织结构,采用球盘磨损试验测试摩擦系数,并计算出比磨损率。结果表明,与镁合金基体相比摩擦系数降低1倍以上,比磨损率降低40多倍,抗磨性能大幅度提高。
【Abstract】 CrN coatings were prepared on AZ91D magnesium alloy using multi-arc ion-plating technology.The composition and microstructure of the coatings were analyzed by means of SEM,XRD and GDOES.The friction coefficient was measured by ball-on-disc wear tester,and the wear rate was also calculated.The results indicate that the friction coefficient of the CrN coated magnesium alloy is decreased by half as much and the wear rate is dropped sharply by more than 40 times as compared with uncoated magnesium alloy.The wear resistance of magnesium alloy is improved remarkably by coated with CrN.
