TC4表面渗Nb合金层及其耐蚀性能研究
STUDY ON CORROSION RESISTANCE OF TC4 TREATED BY PLASMA NIOBIUM ALLOYING PROCESS

【摘要】 本文采用双辉等离子表面合金化技术在 Ti6A14V(TC4)合金表面形成 Ti-Nb 合金层。研究了等离子渗金属处理中放电气压、基体温度、扩散时间对 Ti-Nb 合金层形成的影响规律,并对合金层显微组织、相结构特征进行了观察与分析。结果表明,形成理想 Ti-Nb 合金层所需放电气压为60-65Pa,适宜的处理温度为950~1000℃;温度、时间的影响规律符合一般的扩散定律;XRD 结果表明渗层由 Nb 在α-Ti 和β-Ti 中形成的固溶体组成。通过对比基体和 Ti-Nb 合金层的电化学腐蚀性能,表明 Ti-Nb 合金层耐腐蚀性明显提高。
【Abstract】 Niobium alloyed layer was prepared on surface of TC4 by plasma alloying process.The effects of discharge gas pressure, processing temperature and diffusion time on the alloying process were investigated.Micro-structure and phase structure of the modified layer were observed and analyzed.The results indicated that suitable discharge gas pressurer was 60-65 Pa,the appropriate processing temperature range was 950~1 000 ℃.The kinetics of the alloying process was in accordance with general diffusion law. XRD analysis showed the modified layer was composed of Nb and α-Ti and β-Ti solid solution.Electrochemical tests showed that the corrosion resistance of the alloyed surface was improved obviously compared to the original material.
