锡类和锡锌复合润滑添加剂的摩擦学特性研究

【摘要】 本文针对钢-铜摩擦副类机械零件表面的磨损,研制了纳米锡润滑剂、锡半流体脂和锡锌复合半流体脂。在摩擦试验中,这些润滑剂中的软金属微粒在机械作用下均能转移至铜表面上形成金属涂层,厚度可达10~20μm。用俄歇能谱仪和扫描电镜分析了涂层表面的主要元素、涂层的形貌和厚度。在 MS-800摩擦磨损试验机上分别考察了三种润滑剂的摩擦学特性, 结论是含锡量较高的涂层减摩抗磨性能较好,而加入锡锌两种添加剂形成的复合涂层具有更为优越的减摩特性。
【Abstract】 To research the exterior wear and tear of machine parts such as Steel-Copper tribo-pair,Nano-Sn lubricant,Sn semi-liquid grease and Sn-Zn composite semi-liquid grease were carried out.In wear testing,particulates of soft metal that were added in the lubricant,can be transferred to copper surface under mechanical operation and formed metal coatings.Thickness of The coatings reached to 10μm-20μm.Analysis of surface element distribution,appearance and thickness of the coatings were made by means of Auger Electron Spectrum (AES) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM).Tribological Properties of three lubricants were examined separately with MS-800 Tester.The results indicated that the higher of Sn content in the coating,the better reducing-friction and anti-wear performance of the coating will be obtained.And the compound coating added Sn and Zn two additives have more excellent anti-wear properties.
