以CdTe纳米粒子为荧光探针测定Pb(Ⅱ)的研究

【摘要】 本文以巯基乙酸为稳定剂,在水溶液中合成了 CdTe 半导体纳米粒子。以该纳米粒子为荧光探针,基于荧光猝灭法对 Pb(Ⅱ)进行了定量测定。实验研究了反应时间、pH 值、纳米粒子浓度等条件对 Pb(Ⅱ)测定的影响。在最佳实验条件下,Pb(Ⅱ) 在3.0×10-8~6.0×10-7mol 1-1范围内与荧光猝灭值(ΔF)之间呈线性关系,检出限(3σ)为17.7 nmol 1-1(n=11)。该方法用于合成样品的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 CdTe nanoparticles were synthesized in aqueous solution with thioglycolic acid as the stabilizer.Based on the fluorescence quenching of CdTe nanoparticles by Pb(Ⅱ),a new approach was developed for the sensitive determination of Pb(Ⅱ) with CdTe nanoparticles as fluorescence probes.Different influencing factors were studied,including the reactiong time,the pH of buffer and the concentration of CdTe nanoparticles.Under optimum condition,the relative fluorescence intensity decreased linearly with the Pb(Ⅱ) concentration in the range of 3.0×10-8 mol L-1 to 6.0×10-7 mol L-1.The detection limit was 17.7 n mol L-1 (n=11).The method has been used to the determination of the synthetic samples with satisfactory results.
