CID-ICP-AES法测定废蓄电池硫酸铅及其脱硫后沉淀物中硫含量

【摘要】 本文以逆王水消解试样,通过对分析线的选择、共存基体元素对硫测定的干扰、氩气冲洗光谱仪光室时间对谱线信号强度的影响及仪器最佳分析条件等方面的研究,建立了 CID-ICP-AES 法测定废蓄电池硫酸铅及其脱硫后沉淀物中硫的方法。选用硫 S(182.0 nm)谱线,避免了基体的干扰,与硫酸钡重量法测定比较,结果吻合很好。所测定废蓄电池 PbSO43个样品的硫含量分别是1.4%、0.8%和7.0%,其回收率分别为97%、100%和101%,3个样品每个10份平行样的测定结果,其相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.4%、1.7%和1.2%。方法检出限分别为5.7 ng/mL(180.7 nm)和8.6 ng/mL(182.0 nm)。

【Abstract】 A direct method was studied for the determination of Sulfur content in lead sulfate that occurs waste accumulator and its desulfurized deposit according to CID-ICP-AES.The method using inverse aqua regia to dissolve samples,observed the interference effect of matrix.Selecting spectrum analysis line 182.0 nm to avoid the interference effect of matrix.Analyzed the effect of the Ar gas rushed time of spectrum optical bracket chamber of the spectral sensitivity and optimized analytical parameters of spectrometer etc.The results of measurement were in good agreement with those obtained from BaSO4 gravimetric method.The three samples results of Sulfur content measurement of lead sulfate that occurs waste accumulator were 1.4%,0.8%,7.0% and the parallel relative standard deviations of ten samples were 1.4%,1.7%,1.2%.The method detection limits were 5.7 ng/mL(180.7 nm),8.6 ng/mL (182.0 nm).
