淡水中有机物对碳钢腐蚀行为的影响

【摘要】 利用失重法、电化学方法和表面分析技术研究了淡水中有机物(腐殖酸)对碳钢腐蚀行为的影响,讨论了腐蚀作用机理。实验结果表明,淡水中腐殖酸的存在会加速碳钢的腐蚀。在较低浓度腐殖酸溶液中,主要化学反应为溶解性腐殖酸与Fe之间的反应;在较高浓度腐殖酸溶液中,腐殖酸除与Fe反应外,还会与腐蚀产物共同作用吸附在碳钢的局部表面。这种吸附膜较致密,能够有效阻碍氧和其他离子的扩散行为,从而降低碳钢的腐蚀速度。
【Abstract】 The effect of organic compounds(humus) in freshwater on the corrosion behavior of mild steel was studied by immersion test,electrochemical measurements as well as surface analysis techniques. The corrosion mechanism was also discussed in this paper. The results showed that the existence of humus in freshwater can accelerate mild steel’s corrosion. In the low concentration of humus solution,the chemical reaction between humus and Fe is the main reaction process;while in high concentration of humus solution,besides the reaction aforementioned,there was attachment film on the local area of mild steel. This attachment film can become dense as a function of immersion time,which can hinder the diffusion of oxygen and other ions effectively,as a result,the corrosion rate was relatively decreased.
