高锰钢低温时效处理时的组织结构
Microstructure of high manganese steel during low-temperature aging treatment

【摘要】 采用金相和 X 射线衍射分析方法研究了不同低温温度及其保温时间对经水韧处理的高锰钢组织结构的影响规律。结果表明:在保温时间为1h 时,高锰钢基体在500℃时开始有针状碳化物的析出;而在600℃时除了有针状碳化物的析出之外,还有珠光体组织的出现。在低温时效处理温度为600℃时,随着保温时间的延长,高锰钢基体中奥氏体的量减少,而珠光体的量增加。在500℃时效处理时,沿晶界形核并向晶内生长的针状碳化物与母相奥氏体之间的位向关系和在晶内析出的针状碳化物的不同;以及在晶内析出的针状碳化物可以交叉生长。这种针状碳化物交叉生长的形态在钢的组织转变中还尚未见有文献报道.
【Abstract】 The effect of temperature and holding time on microstructures of high manganese steel during the low-temperature aging treatment after water quenching was studied by means of metallographic analysis and XRD.The results showed that after being treated at 500℃ and the holding time of 1 hour,needle carbide started to precipitate in the austenite matrix of the high manganese steel.And at 600℃,in addition to needle carbide,there was pearlite.During low-temperature aging of 600℃,with the extension of holding time,the austenite on the matrix of the high manganese steel was reduced and the pearlite was increased.Compared with that of the intracrystalline needle-like carbides,the orientation relationship between the crystal boundary needle-like carbides and the matrix was different during aging at 500℃.In addition,the intracrystaIline needle-like carbides can precipitate at the way of cross growth,which was not reported in the structure transformation of steels.
