液体介质对高能球磨制备W-TiC纳米复合粉体的影响

【摘要】 运用高能球磨手段,制备了 W-TiC 纳米复合粉体,分别采用无水乙醇、四氯化碳和甲苯作为球磨液体介质,并改变液体介质比,研究其对复合粉体球磨过程的影响,并对球磨后的粉体晶粒尺寸、晶格畸变、粉体形貌以及比表面做了测定和分析讨论。结果表明,在球磨过程中加入适量液体介质可以有效的改善粉体团聚、结块、以及粘壁现象,提高出粉率:粉体的比表面随着液体介质比的增加先增大后减小,当液体介质为无水乙醇,液体介质比为2时,球磨后所制备粉体的比表面最大(2.3 m~2/g),颗粒形状近似于球形,平均粒径100nm,每个颗粒为多晶结构;液体介质的种类对粉体比表面影响较小;添加液体介质对粉体的晶粒细化有利。

【Abstract】 The W-TiC nanocomposite powders was prepared by high-energy ball milling,the liquid milling medium(C2H5OH,CCl4, C7H8)and liquid-to-balls-and-powders ratio were varied in order to investigate their influence on the nanocomposite powers.The results show that the adding of liquid milling medium can decrease the agglomeration and adhering and can increase the powders yield. The specific surface area is obviously influenced by liquid-to-balls-and-powders ratio,When the liquid milling medium is ethanol and the liquid-to-balls-and-powders ratio is 2,the specific surface area reaches its maximum 2.3m2/g,the particle size of powders with quasi-sphere shape and multi-crystal structures could reach to about 100 nm,but the influences of choose of liquid milling medium is inconspicuous.The addition of liquid milling medium is beneficial to grain refining.
