20Cr钢奥氏体渗氮及中温回火工艺研究

【摘要】 根据纯铁制备的高氮奥氏体中温转变获得超高硬度的研究成果,采用广泛应用的20Cr 钢进行奥氏体渗氮中温回火试验,以探索奥氏体渗氮工艺工业应用的可能和价值。将20Cr 钢渗氮试样在215℃和245℃进行不同时间的回火试验,分析化合物层和奥氏体层的组织和硬度随回火温度和时间的变化情况,发现其化合物层和奥氏体层的硬度均有明显的提高。磨损试验证实,在适当的工艺参数条件下,该工艺对材料的耐磨性有显著的提高。同时发现其耐腐蚀性并没有因为回火后发生ε相的分解而明显降低。
【Abstract】 High nitrogen austenite made by pure iron can obtain ultrahigh hardness after its intermediate temperature transformation.In order to explore the industrial value of austenitic nitriding and intermediate temperature tempering technology,further research was made by 20Cr steel.Tempering experiment at 215℃and 245℃ was made to analyze the microstructure and hardness of compound layer and austenitic layer changed with tempering temperature and time.The result shows that,the hardness of compound layer and austenitic layer have been greatly improved after tempering treatment.The wear experiment prove that,in appropriate condition,the wear resistance can be greatly improved by this technology.And the anticorrosion property of nitrided 20Cr did not decline obviously with the decomposition ofεphase.
