含铜钢的应变诱导晶粒细化
Strain inducing grain refining of Cu-containing steels

【摘要】 利用 Gleeble-1500热模拟机进行热压缩实验,通过对含 Cu 高纯低碳钢在奥氏体区进行应变诱导,使生成的晶粒细化。利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察了含 Cu 高纯净钢不同实验条件下的组织形貌,借助显微硬度计测量了实验钢的时效硬度。结果表明,通过应变诱导可使实验钢晶粒得以细化,应变诱导后的时效峰比固溶态的时效峰提前到来,且时效硬度峰值增大。
【Abstract】 Gleeble-1500D was used for hot compression test to refine the ferrite crystal by strain inducing.Microstructure of high purity steel containing copper was investigated by means of SEM(scan electron microstructure)and OM(optical Microscope).Its hardness was characterized by micro-hardness measurements.The result showed that crystal was refined by strain inducing,which has relation with deformation temperature,reduction and deformation rate.The arriving of aging peak after strain inducing was quicker compared with that of the solution,and the peak was larger.
