【摘要】 本文论述了旋转喷吹法除气的机理及其优点,概述了旋转喷吹水模拟的研究进展以及旋转喷吹法在工业上的应用,指出旋转喷吹工艺存在的不足,并简要介绍了在其基础上发展起来的一些新工艺与研究动向。最后指出无论从铝合金熔体处理本身的需要,还是与国外的先进除气设备相比, 国内的旋转喷吹净化技术都有待开拓。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mechanism of spinning rotor degassing and the advantages of which were discussed. The research progresses of water simulation of spinning rotor process and its application in industry were comprehensively presented , some disadvantages of spinning rotor were pointed out and some new sense of movements and new processes which based on it were introduced briefly. Domestic spinning rotor technology need to be exploited both in the sense of melt treatment process itself and comparing with overseas advanced degassing equipments was pointed out in the end.更多还原
