Al-Si合金的细化与Ti偏析的研究

【摘要】 研究了不同处理时间、不同位置对Ti偏析及细化效果的影响。结果表明保温4小时,Al- 5Ti-1B的细化效果达到最佳。Ti在铸件顶端和底端的偏析程度不一样,在底端偏析更为严重,这主要是由于Ti在浇注过程中聚集的结果。研究表明,铸件顶部与底部的Ti含量差达到了25.6%。增加冷却速度,加入第三元素或者热对流、搅拌均能有效地减小Ti的偏析。
【Abstract】 segregation and refinement of Ti were studied under different processing time and position. It was founded that Al-5Ti -1B has the finest effect on refinement after 4 hours heat preservation. The segregation is not the same at different position of cast, segregation is more serious at the bottom of cast because of congregating of Ti. The research show that the margin of Ti concentration is about to 25. 6%. Improving the cooling velocity, adding new elements or convection and stirring are effect methods to against the segregation of Ti.
