我国填充球蓄热式加热炉的应用前景
Principle and Prospect about Ceramic Ball Regenerator Heating Furnace

【摘要】 简述了蓄热室的历史及发展现状。概括了蓄热式加热炉以及蓄热式陶瓷燃烧器(RCB)的工作原理,在实例应用中作了蓄热式与换热式加热炉的对比,在对比过程中集中突出了蓄热式加热炉的优点。基于我国的基本国情和蓄热式加热炉的广泛应用,可以预言我国未来工业炉的发展面貌,蓄热式加热炉将逐渐取代换热式加热炉。
【Abstract】 This paper is a brief introduction of the history and present developing of the regenerator. This paper sums up the operational principle of regenerator heating furnace and regenerator ceramic burner, compares the regenerator heating furnace and the recuperator one in the practical application, and emphasizes the strongpoints of regenerator heating furnace. Based on our fundamental realities and the wide use of regenerator heating furnace at abroad, it is predictable of the developing of our future industrial furnace, and of the changing from the recuperator heating furnace to the regenerator one.
