高温空气燃烧技术应用于陶瓷窖炉的实验研究
The experiment research of heating ceramic with high temperature air combustion technology

【摘要】 使用自行设计的高温空气燃烧系统,选取不同的实验参数:换向时间30 s、60 s、90 s、120 s;不同构型: 燃气不换向、空气与燃气同向换向、空气与燃气逆向换向。在系统中布置了32个测温点,对窑炉温度均匀性、燃耗等数据进行监测并对实验数据进行整理分析,合理匹配蓄热能力、换向时间和窑炉的热负荷可以获得最佳的余热回收效果。排烟温度最低达到了40℃左右,换向时间短排烟温度低,90 s换向时间的炉温均匀性较好。同向给进构型温差最大,燃气不换向构型温差小,逆向给进构型介于两者之间。蓄热式燃烧器在低温阶段只能工作于连续燃烧状态导致窑炉温差较大。可以满足一般陶瓷制品的烧成。
【Abstract】 We made a experimental equipment which is used the high temperature air combustion technology. With some different parameter: Each combustion work state of switch cycle 30s, 60s, 90s and 120s is observed and measured in the mode of fuel and air same current, adverse current and both current. The temperature is measured with a 32 channel temperature measure computer. The equality of the temperature in the kiln and the fuel consume is analyzed. With a proper combination of the ability of heat store and the time of switch cycle and the burthen of the kiln we can made more regenerative energy saving. The temperature of exhaust gas can be reduced to about 40℃, the short switch cycle time made the low exhaust gas temperature . In the mode of switch cycle 90s combustion work state temperature distributing in kiln is better than other work state. The temperature different in kiln is great in the work mode of combustion form C2, the least temperature different in the work mode of combustion form C1, and that of the combustion form C3 is on the big side of C1. The burner of heat store can only working in continuous state in low temperature stage, this made a large difference in kiln temperature. This system can be used for normal ceramic product.
