推钢式加热炉内钢坯黑印的数值模拟
Numerical Study of Skid-mark in Pushing Type Reheating Furnace

【摘要】 用数值模拟的方法研究了推钢式加热炉内钢坯和热滑轨的加热过程,得到了滑轨结构、滑轨高度和滑轨材质等对钢坯黑印温差和出炉温度的影响,为消除钢坯黑印、提高钢坯加热质量提供了理论依据。结果表明,使用孔桥式全热滑轨时钢坯黑印最小,黑印温差为49℃,与无孔半热滑轨相比减少了68%,且随孔洞个数增加,黑印温差逐渐降低;黑印温差与滑轨高度基本呈双曲函数关系,当滑轨高度达到110mm时,继续增加轨高对黑印温差的影响已不明显,滑轨材质对钢坯黑印基本无影响。
【Abstract】 The reheating processes of steel slab and hot skid in pushing type reheating furnace are studied by using numerical simulation method. The effects of skid structure, skid height and skid material on temperature distribution and temperature difference of skid-mark are studied. The results offer scientific bases for resolving skid-mark and improving operation of slab reheating. From the results, we can get: The skid-mark produced by full hot with-hole skid is the least. The temperature difference of skid-mark is 49℃, decreasing 68% compared with half hot none-hole skid. Furthermore, the temperature difference of skid-mark is decreasing gradually along with the increase of amounts. The relationship between skid height and temperature difference of skid-mark is hyperbola. Approximately, when skid height achieves 110mm, the reduction of skid-mark affected by skid height is not obvious. The skid-mark produced by different skid materials is equal in main.
