微通道气体单相流动特性的数值分析

【摘要】 微通道是各种微系统结构中的一个基本组成部分。然而,据有关报道,微通道内的流动及传热性能均偏离了适用于宏观通道的常规结论。本文分别就氮气在3种不同的微通道(水力直径范围为30-300μm)内的流动特性,在考虑了可压缩与粘性加热的影响下进行了数值研究。分别就不同尺寸、不同Re下压力降、摩擦因子、摩擦常数、长径比、入口段出口段影响、可压缩性影响及粘性加热影响进行了探讨分析,为系统化研究微通道流动特性提供了初步的基础。

【Abstract】 The microchannel is one of the essential components for the construction of various micro systems. However, it was reported that the flow and heat transfer behavior in a microchannel deviates from predictions based on the conventional assumption generally accepted in macro scale channels. Flow characteristics of nitrogen flows in the three different microchannels (hydraulic diameter ranging 30 - 3000) have been investigated numerically in riew of the effect of compressibility and viscosity heating. In this paper, the effect of size, Re, Friction Factor, Friction Constant, ratio of length and diameter, entrance region, compressibility and viscosity heating were analyzed. It provided primarily basis for further study of flow characteristics.
