SUS 304不锈钢摩擦磨损后表层组织和显微硬度研究

【摘要】 本文研究了不同实验条件下SUS304奥氏体不锈钢与GCr15钢球配副的摩擦学行为和磨痕表层组织和显微硬度。摩擦磨损实验在SST-ST销盘摩擦试验机上进行,利用日本D-MAX-2550型 X射线衍射仪和MH-3显微硬度计测试了磨痕表面的组织和次表层显微硬度变化。结果表明,试验载荷显著影响摩擦过程中的摩擦系数和摩擦副的线形磨损。SUS 304不锈钢磨痕表面均发生了奥氏体向马氏体的摩擦诱发相变,次表层组织显著细化,一定范围(约0 μ m-10 μ m)内硬度明显变化,随着磨痕中部沿纵向距离的增加,显微硬度呈下降趋势。

【Abstract】 The tribological behavior of SUS 304 austenitic stainless steel mating with GCr15 steel ball was studied in this paper. The surface, the sub-surface layer microstructure and mcirohardness of the wear trace were measured. SST-ST Disc-on Pin friction and wear tester was employed.The micro-hardness was measured on a MH-3 microhardness meter. The martensitic transformation was completed on D-MAX-2550 X Ray diffractometer. The results show that the normal pressure remarkably affects the friction coefficient and the linear wear loss of the tribo-pair, the friction-induced transformation of austenite to martensite on the wear trace surface of disc is observed, the deformed microstructure is fined duo to the friction force and the microhardness of sub-surface layer increases.
