用于循环流化床锅炉管道防护的Fe基电弧喷涂层

【摘要】 循环流化床锅炉具有高效、低污染、煤种适应性广等优点,在我国得到大力发展。但循环流化床锅炉管道的磨损问题一直是其安全运行的最大障碍。本实验采用电弧喷涂方法制备了一种用于循环流化床锅炉管道防护的Fe基耐磨损涂层,采用湿式橡胶轮磨粒磨损机进行磨损实验并对涂层相结构及磨损机理进行了研究,结果表明Fe基涂层的耐磨性是同等条件下Q235钢的28.7倍.

【Abstract】 Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers (CFBB) technology has many advantages, such as high efficiency, low pollutant emission and excellent fuel flexibility. So it has been developing quickly. However the wear problem on CFBB is the biggest obstacle in its safe operation. In this study, Fe-based wear resistance coating used in the CFBB pipeline protection were deposited by arc spraying. The abrasive wear tests for the coatings were carried out using a wet sand /rubber wheel abrasion tester. Coating structure and wear mechanism are investigated in this paper. The results show that the wear resistance of the Fe-based coatings is 28.7 times as Q235 steel under the equal experimentation condition.
