WFLC-11钴基合金激光熔覆层组织及性能评价

【摘要】 通过对自主开发的WFLC-11激光熔覆专用钴基合金粉末激光熔覆层与Stellite6合金等离子喷焊层的组织与性能进行比较,分析了熔焊层各自的凝固组织特征,进行了性能对比试验。结果表面,激光熔覆层组织细小、均匀,致密性好,高温硬度更高,其显微硬度、耐腐蚀性能、抗擦伤性能优于Sellite6合金等离子喷焊层。
【Abstract】 Through contrasting WFLC-11 Co-based alloy for laser cladding with Stellite 6 Co-based alloy for plasma transferred arc ( PTA ) , their structures were analyzed and property experiments were carried out. The results show that the structure of laser cladding layer is finer, more uniform and closer, and the properties of laser cladding layer are superior to plasma transferred arc layer in high temperature-hardness, micro-hardness, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance so on.
