纤维增强橡胶无石棉密封材料的制备和性能研究

【摘要】 采用压缩成张法和胶乳抄取法,以丁睛橡胶为弹性粘合剂,芳纶、芳砜纶、碳纤维、海泡石纤维、纤维素纤维等为代石棉增强纤维,配合多种化学助剂,成功地研制出具有较好性能的无石棉密封材料,获得了不同工艺研制无石棉密封材料的基本配方和优化的工艺参数,并对所研制的无石棉密封材料的基本性能进行了系统的测试和分析,为无石棉密封材料性能的合理表征和推广应用提供了理论和试验基础。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the asbestos - free gasket material was manufactured by calender process and beater - addition process. The Kevlar,the carbon fiber,the fibrous sepiolite and cellulose fiber were used as the main fibers instead of asbestos and NBR as elastic adhesive. The effects of the composition and processing technology on the properties of the gasket was discussed in detail. The optimum formulation and technological parameters of the materials were screened. The results show that the new material character is better and can be used as asbestos substitute in the certain range.
