新型填充改性聚四氟乙烯密封板材性能研究

【摘要】 采用冷压成型和自由烧结工艺研制开发出了一种新型填充改性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)密封板材,性能检测结果表明,该板材具有优良的密封性能。通过分析测试,深入研究了玻璃微珠对PTFE 密封板材性能的影响。结果表明:玻璃微珠对改性PTFE密封板材的性能有较大影响,当玻璃微珠质量含量在30%左右且粒度较细时,PTFE密封板材综合性能较佳。

【Abstract】 Class microballoon filled PTFE sealing materials was developed by die pressing and sintering. Test results showed the new kind of filled PTFE has good sealing performance. On the basis of the test, the influence of glass microballoon on property of PTFE sealing materials has been studied. The general properties of the material are very good when the percentage composition of glass microballoon was about 30% while the particle of glass microballoon was very fine.
