催化油浆闸板阀失效原因分析
Failure Analyzed of Decent Oil Valve

【摘要】 大连石油化工公司的催化油浆闸板在温度为340℃、压力0.8MPa、流通介质为催化油浆的工作环境下,在使用寿命期内失效。通过对失效阀板进行宏观检验和材料、金相等机械性能测试试验,并结合他人在相关方面的研究成果,分析证明了冲刷和空蚀是造成阀门失效的主要原因。最后,针对失效原因提出了几点改进建议。
【Abstract】 The decnet oil valve of Dalian Petrolchemical Coporation failed in its life time. The working temperature is 340℃,working pressure is 0. 8MPa,the flowing medium is catalysis oil. It is proved that the failure reasons are the erosive and cavitation erosion, by exterior inspection, metallographic examination and mechanical testing on the valve; whatis more, reference of some others fresearches. In the end, some improving measures about the failures are given.
