Fe84Nb7B9纳米晶粉末热处理特性的研究

【摘要】 通过DTA、SEM和TEM观察对Fe84Nb7B9纳米晶粉末热处理特性进行了研究。结果表明:机械合金化可以制备品粒尺寸在10nm以内的纳米晶粉末,该粉末在100~850℃退火,晶粒尺寸保持在纳米级,并且没有新相生成,表现出良好的热稳定性。其中100~350℃退火纳米晶粒保持在15nm左右,为后继采用低温压型技术制备块状纳米晶材料提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Heat-treatment behaviors of Fe84Nb7B9 nanocrystalline powders were analysed by DTA, SEM and TEM observation. The result shows that nanocrystalline powders with crystal size less than 10nm can be prepared by mechanical alloying. After annealing at 100~850℃, the powders obtained remain in the scale of nanometer without new phases formed, which exhibits good thermal stability. The nanocrystals annealing at 100~350℃ are about 15nm, which is benefit to the subsequent low-temperature press technique to produce bulk nanocrystalline materials.
