微量Ce对Cu-Cr-Zr合金性能影响
Influence of Trace Ce on Properties of Cu-Cr-Zr Alloy

【摘要】 本文研究了稀土Ce对电气化铁路用高强高导接触线Cu-Cr-Zr合金的强度、硬度、导电性和热强性等的影响。结果表明:微量稀土元素Ce的加入可以提高Cu-Cr-Zr合金的强度、硬度和耐热性,抗拉强度可达637MPa,导电率为82.16%IACS,相对于Cu-Cr-Zr合金强度提高了56MPa,而导电性略有降低。
【Abstract】 This paper is dealt with the effects of rare-earth on the properties (such as strength, hardness, electrical conductivity and heat-resistance, etc.) of Cu-Cr-Zr contact wire for electrified railway. With adding trace rare-earth element Ce, the results showed that the strength, hardness and heat-resistance of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy were improved, and tensile strength was enhanced to 637 MPa that was increased 56 MPa compared with Cu-Cr-Zr alloy, but the electrical conductivity of Cu-Cr-Zr-Ce alloy was 82.16 %IACS which was a bit lowered.
