【Abstract】 The quenching process of centrosymmetry axis of large-scale workpiece can be regarded as an one-dimension heat-transfer process. A special end quenching experiment was developed in this thesis, in which the thermal transmittance of end quenching bar was similar to one-dimension heat transfer, so it can be used to verify the precision of simulation on the quenching process of large-scale workpiece .The inaccuracy of the experiment was discussed and some improved measures were introduced.更多还原
