特种端淬实验方法的研究
The Research of Special End Quenching Experiment

【摘要】 大型工件的中心对称轴在淬火过程中可以看成是近似一维传热的。本文设计了一种特殊的端淬实验,使试样在端面淬火过程中的传热近似符合一维,从而可以被用来检验对大型工件淬火过程模拟计算的准确性。文章分析并讨论了该实验误差来源。
【Abstract】 The quenching process of centrosymmetry axis of large-scale workpiece can be regarded as an one-dimension heat-transfer process. A special end quenching experiment was developed in this thesis, in which the thermal transmittance of end quenching bar was similar to one-dimension heat transfer, so it can be used to verify the precision of simulation on the quenching process of large-scale workpiece .The inaccuracy of the experiment was discussed and some improved measures were introduced.
