面向聚合物微结构制作的热压成形设备的研制

【摘要】 简要介绍了聚合物微结构热压成形的基本原理以及工艺参数和成形过程,根据工艺要求,确定了热压成形设备所应具有的温度、压力控制等基本功能。研制了RYJ-Ⅰ型热压成形机,其上下热压头采用独立的温度控制,压力通过传感器进行反馈控制,在机械结构的设计上采取了几项措施,保证了上下热压头两个热压表面之间平行。控制系统的软件采用面向对象的程序设计方法,并采用了独立线程、高精度多媒体定时器、开放式数据库联接等技术,对温度、压力等进行高精度实时控制。介绍了RYJ-Ⅱ型热压成形机的研制情况,该型成形机温度、压力的控制范围大,适用于绝大多数聚合物材料微结构的制作。

【Abstract】 The principles of hot-embossing method, process parameters and process control were briefly introduced, and according to the process requirements, the basic functions of hot-embossing machine including temperature and press force control were determined. Hot-embossing machine RYJ-Ⅰ was developed, temperature of the upper and lower heating plate units was controlled separately, a force sensor was used for feedback control of the pressing forces. Some measures were taken to ensure the two surfaces of the heating plates to be parallel. The control software was object oriented, techniques such as independent thread, high accuracy multimedia timer, and open database connectivity were used for high accuracy and real-time control of temperature and pressing forces. The developed hot-embossing machine RYJ-Ⅱ, which has larger range of controlled temperature and pressing forces, is applicable to most polymer materials in fabrication of microstructures.
