高锰钢加工硬化规律的研究
Research of Work Hardening of High Manganese Steel

【摘要】 本文采用自制冲击落锤装置,系统研究了在高应力状态下冲击功、碳锰含量及变质处理对高锰钢加工硬化规律的影响。结果表明,对于给定成分的高锰钢,在50J/cm2左右冲击功的情况下,冲击次数再多也无法达到其最佳的加工硬化效果,只有当冲击功大于100 J/cm2时,才能发挥出最佳的加工硬化效果。并且锰含量的降低、碳含量的升高及变质处理均有利于加工硬化能力的提高。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the effect of impact load、C、Mn content and modification on work hardening of high manganese steel were studied under high stress state by the newly - designed dropping impact hammer. The result shows the best work hardening effect couldn’ t be occurred at 50J/cm2 impact load even the number of impact is enough high. Only when impact load is higher than 100J/cm2, high manganese steel can reach to the best work hardening effect. Reduction of Mn content、increase of C content and modification is benefit to increase the ability of work hardening of high manganese steel.
