金属凝固细晶技术研究
Techniques of Solidification Structure Refining of Metals

【摘要】 本文介绍了作者近年来在金属凝固细晶领域研究进展。基于热力学原理提出了温度扰动和成分扰动促进金属液生核的构想,采用碳钢和轴承钢进行的实验证明,温度扰动、成分扰动和二者同时扰动均可细化铸坯凝固组织,显著增加等轴晶数量。超声波可以显著细化金属凝固组织,有效消除比重偏析。脉冲电流和脉冲磁场也对铝、铸铁和不锈钢凝固组织有显著细化作用,其细化机制还需深入研究。
【Abstract】 The progresses in the research of solidification structure refining of metals done by authors are briefly introduced in the paper. Based on thermodynamics, new concepts of temperature fluctuations, constituent fluctuations, and double fluctuations of temperature and constituent are brought forward. Experiments with carbon steel and bearing steel indicate that all kinds of fluctuations such as temperature fluctuations, constituent fluctuations and double fluctuations of temperature and constituent can refine solidification structure of metals and greatly increase equiaxed grains. Ultrasonic can greatly refine solidification structure of metals and eliminate gravity segregation. Pulse electrical current and strong magnetic field have also benefits effects on refining solidification structure, but their acting mechanisms need to be studied deeply.
