对我国几种铸造企业体制模式的“中心约定”分析

【摘要】 本文提出了人际合作的“中心约定”理论,该理论认为,约定是人际合作的前提,硬约定是有效可控的合作模式,软约定不可控,效率低。“中心约定”理论对中国建国以来的铸造企业体制模式的分析表明,私企和股份制企业是现存的很有效率的体制模式。根据“中心约定”理论,建议了两种更为有效的企业体制模式:全员股份制和全员董事会制,其中以全员董事会制更为有效。

【Abstract】 This paper put forward a theory for human corporation called " Agreement surrounding corporation center" . According to the theory, agreement is premise for human corporation; hard agreement is a efficient and controlled type of corporation, while soft agreement is a ineffective and uncontrolled one. By the theory, Several Chinese Foundry Enterprises’ System have been analyzed, and the result shows that the private enterprise and joint - stock enterprise are quite efficient running system at present in China. Based on the theory, the author gives out two better type systems: Total Employee Joint - Stock Company and Total Employee Joint Directorate Enterprise, and the latter is much better one.
