【摘要】 砂带的磨削性能对被加工材料的磨削质量和磨削效率有很大影响。虽然砂带磨削应用日益广泛,但是很多实际应用中,对砂带的磨削性能的不了解和磨削用量的选择不当常常导致磨削效率下降和砂带寿命的缩短,为解决这一问题,需要通过试验方法分析各个因素对砂带磨削性能的影响。目前国内针对砂带磨削性能分析的设备和方法都不成熟,为此,本文讨论一种科学、实用和高效的测试砂带磨削性能的实验方法,以及相应的多功能的砂带磨削试验设备,对了解分析带磨削性能和指导生产实践有重大意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The abrasive belt Grinding performance have a great effect on the quality and efficiency of the belt grinding.Though the technics of belt grinding is widely applied today, incomprehesion to belt Grinding performance and improper select in grinding parameters lead to descending of grinding efficiency in practical production. The analysis of the effect of various factor on abrasive belt grinding performance by experimentation to settle the problem. At present, the device and method about analysis of belt grinding performance is not well applied, So it is great significative to find out how diverse parameters impact grinding performance and to guide to practice that we discussed the relative mutli-function device and scientific, applied and high-efficiency method about belt grinding performance for understand the performance.更多还原
