精密机床的直线电机进给系统

【摘要】 本文介绍了直线电机驱动的进给系统,比较了不同直线电机的特性,指出了直线电机进给系统的设计原则,建立了系统的数学模型,并对直线电机进给系统和丝杠螺母进给系统的阶跃响应进行了实验研究,结果表明该直线电机进给系统具有良好的工作性能。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the feed system with linear motor for precision machine tool and the characteristics of the linear motors. The principles for the design of feed system with linear motor, and modelling of the feed system are presented. Experiment studying oh the step response of the feed system with linear motor and with screw-nut indicates that feed system with linear motor has a better performance.
