气囊抛光进动机构的运动建模与仿真分析

【摘要】 气囊式抛光是一种新颖的非球面抛光方法。“进动”是实现气囊式抛光的关键性机械运动,对气囊式抛光的性能具有决定性影响。本文采用2自由度空间机构实现“进动”运动,根据“进动”的要求,运用机构学的理论,推导了这一空间机构的运动方程,建立了各参数之间的内在关系,给出了仿真结果。
【Abstract】 Procession, which greatly affects polishing quality, is the key mechanical movement for bonnet tool polishing. The space mechanism with 2 degrees of freedom (DOF) was adopted to realize the procession movement in this paper. According to the requirements of procession, the movement equation of the space mechanism was developed with the theory of mechanism. The relationship between various parameters was analyzed and the simulation results were provides in the paper.
