微细电火花线切割加工工艺参数优化的研究

【摘要】 微细电火花线切割(MWEDM)加工过程是一个复杂的随机过程,具有多输入和多输出的特性,难以用一个精确的数学关系来表示加工条件与加工指标的关系,并且目前对MWEDM放电机理认识还没有完全清楚,而使参数优化成为加工的难点,特别是多项工艺指标要求下的参数优化问题,更是缺乏理论指导和具体应用方法。因此,本文在正交试验设计的基础上,利用灰色相关性理论解决了MWEDM多项工艺指标下的加工参数优化问题,即在加工效率和表面粗糙度的多项工艺指标下对脉冲宽度、脉冲间隙、峰值电流和伺服参考电压加工参数进行优化,最佳加工参数便可从灰关联度中获得,简化了优化过程。试验结果表明,优化的加工参数对MWEDM加工性能有很大的提高。
【Abstract】 Micro wire electrical discharge machining (MWEDM) is dynamic machining process with multiple input and output, and it is difficult to use mathematics model to describe the relation between machining parameter with machining performance. So a new approach for the optimization of the MWEDM process with multiple performance characteristics based on the orthogonal array with the grey relational analysis has been studied in this paper. Optimal machining parameters can then be determined by the grey relational grade as the performance index. In this study, the machining parameters, namely pulse duration, pulse off time, peak current and servo reference voltage are optimized with considerations of multiple performance characteristics including material removal rate, surface roughness. Experimental results shown that machining performance in the MWEDM process can be improved effectively through this approach.
